Pastificio Plin is located in Ceriale, Liguria province - Italy. This dynamic company is on the market place for more than 10 years and has a strong tradition in catering. Managed by the  Serazzi family, keeping a family spirit Pastificio Plin has developed a range of fresh pastas such as raviolis, gnocchi and other local specialities. These meals are fresh pastas, steam pasteurrized, under MAP for a better shelf life, or frozen dishes.

The target of Pastificio Plin talking to Proplast group was to get closer to a partner that was able to offer a global solution in terms of packaging and able to support the significant growth of the business. After auditing the customer needs, the Meca S6000 tray sealing machine was chosen. Indeed, this machine was matching the high capacity requirements: output close to 40 trays per minute. Once the type of machine was defined, Pastificio plin decided to finance the machine through a « TRAY & MACHINE CONTRACT ». This innovative solution allows the customer to avoid investment in the machine and have a slight over cost on the trays.

Today, Pastificio Plin is going to pack its food in TRAITEUR  trays with the high output machine S 6000.
